Community Educational Outreach

Interactive displays and educational activities for all age groups are available to area schools, businesses and community groups. Over the years, members of the Spokane County Traffic Safety Commission have hosted various interactive booth displays at area community events, elementary schools, colleges, universities and businesses throughout Spokane County.

  • Informational items and brochures describing current laws regarding impaired driving, bicycle laws, child safety seats and information on the City of Spokane's new helmet ordinance can be distributed.

Two car seat check up clinics were held on April 8th and 15th in 2006.
