Safe Kids Booster Seat Training Class
On June 14, 2006 the Spokane Safe Kid's Child Passenger Safety Team will provide information to prepare parents for the new booster seat requirements of Washington State law. The following criteria must be met in order to participate in this workshop:
Your vehicle has lap/shoulder belts in the rear seating positions.
Your child is at least 4 years of age.
Your child is over 40 pounds.
The class will be held at 6:30-7:30 PM on Wednesday, June 14 at the Spokane Valley Precinct, 12710 E. Sprague Avenue. Seating is limited to the first 25 registrants. Participants will receive:
30 minute classroom instruction on how to safely transport their child(ren).
Guided installation of the seat into their vehicle.
A free belt-positioning booster seat.

Safely Transporting Your Child Through The Stages
On June 20, 2006 the Spokane Safe Kids Coalition will host a two hour class that includes one hour of instruction and one hour of supervised car seat installation.
