CARTA - Citizen's Against Alcohol Related AccidentsThe Citizen's Against Alcohol Related Accidents(CARTA) began years ago as a grassroots project in Spokane County. Each year members and volunteers presented an informational booth at the Spokane Interstate Fair.  Searching through old photos, a picture of Todd Mielke was found. His personal and professional dedication towards traffic safety education and awareness continues to this day with his elected position as Spokane County Commissioner.  |
